Tiger Woods ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, recently tore down a $12.3 million dollar home she bought just a few months ago. A wrecking ball was taken to the place; smashed the whole building down. There have been some, not familiar with the thinking of the 1% folks in America, why she would do this. If you think the way a 1% would, you would understand she did this because she is following the Republican plan of being a jobs creator.

Some asked why she just didn't sell the property and maybe, because of her wealth, donate the money to charity. Well, as for the charity part, you can't give poor or disenfranchised people money for doing nothing. That only encourages them to ask for more handouts. As far as selling the property, like I said by tearing down the property and rebuilding, she is actually creating jobs, offering her own interpretation of a shovel ready project.

Think about it; if she sold the home, the money would have gone to a Realtor, which would have been one or maybe two people. Tearing down the 17,000 square foot home probably caused about ten or twenty construction workers to come in and destroy the place, plus you would have refuse people who had to move the debris. Now the property has to be rebuilt, which will mean contractors, decorators, landscapers and a host of other workers, all getting jobs. It's similar to Mitt Romney who is rebuilding his home in San Diego for $20 million, only Elin is actually a better jobs creator since she has a tear down and build up.

She definitely gives a new look to the word home wrecker.
