I would love to know more. What I know is troubling enough. And one thing that I do know is his having grown up in Kenya, his view of the Brits, for example, very different than the average American. When he gave the bust back to the Brits -- The bust of Winston Churchill, a great insult to the British. But then if you think about it, his perspective as growing up in Kenya with a Kenyan father and grandfather, their view of the Mau Mau Revolution in Kenya is very different than ours because he probably grew up hearing that the British were a bunch of imperialists who persecuted his grandfather.

And how can you forget Glenn Beck explaining a few years ago, that Obama possessed a 'deep seated hatred of the white culture' and called the President a racist.

The President has been attacked as being black well before he became President. I never saw a vigorous effort in the mainstream or right wing media arguing that because Obama went to white schools and had a white mother that he was white. If you saw pictures at the Tea Party rallies a few years ago posters of the President looking like a witch doctor were present. When you looked at the New Yorker Magazine the future President and First Lady were dressed in black militant clothing. He wasn't dressed as a Southern redneck or an Eastern robber baron.

I would want to know how Rush Limbaugh knows about 'the hood' or 'the movement' because isn't he the same person who called Obama the Magic Negro?

I think this is one of those moments where a conservative will say something as backup for later. When Rush is criticized again for making a stupid racial statement (and you know he will) he will dig up this one statement, or maybe he has done more statements in the past, but he will pull this up to say, see I'm not racist, it is you people in the mainstream media that are racist. I have hated that talk show hosts like Rush Limbaugh defend their idiotic statements by saying you have to take them all in context of the show. Let's see so to fully understand him I have to listen to him 3 hours a day five times a week, and maybe subscribe to his website just so when he goes off making a comment on Michelle Obama being fat I will understand the subtle nuances of his comment. I would think a sane person, if they had been burned a few times for crazy comments, would chose their words carefully, unless they enjoy the controversy and, let's be frank, the money it generates.

What's happening is we are ignoring the fallout. Make people scared enough and they will do stupid things. Despite what was shown in The Dark Knight, rile the population up enough, put them in a stressful situation and someone, no matter how meaning or how good they may appear to be, will snap and flip the switch. If that person is unstable, they will react quicker.

All of this talk about Obama not having the same perspective as 'regular Americans' is a crock. Anyone with half a brain knows these hate spewing commentators are trying to say you can't trust the black President because deep down he's not us. Just look at him. He's going to do what's best for his people, not for hard working Americans like yourself. All the while, people feed into this without seeing the real power, the real thing that is ruining this country are the corporations and the people who worship the corporation.
