Day 04

I decided that a provisioner would be good for this character, so I started with gathering items so I could do a crafting session. When I hit level 20 I went to Thundering Steppes to get material for crafting. I did well on some materials and I went back to Nettleville. I figured it was a good time to put down roots so I purchased a place in the sector. After placing some housewarming gifts in the place I went to the crafting center. I didn't know there was an increase in trading slots for the place I got, so I can have some order to the items I place for sale. I will get a container to sell just the harvested items I don't need, another for found items in adventures and another for crafted foodstuff I make. It took a long time, quite a few hours, but I was able to get advance ten levels in crafting to level 30. This was a good spot to end for the day.

Day 03

I started working on the Selwyn quest, killing a number of ghost clerics in Antonica. When I finished up that and a Far Seas quest I did the turn in for both. Selwyn gave me Blessed Ivy Engraved Gloves. I got another Selwyn errand, which sent me to the Thundering Steppes. I went to the halfling and got the food gathering quest. I did a lot of gathering and hunting in the area. With the turn in I got the Blessed Ivy Engraved Bracers. Before going back to the hunt I checked items I had placed for sale. I got my first platinum piece from the amount of items I sold. This allowed me to buy some larger capacity backpacks. I went back to the Steppes and got another gathering quest from the halfling while doing work for Selwyn. I picked up some quests from Holly Rowan in the area. When I did the turn in for Selwyn I got the Blessed Ivy Engraved Boots. For the next quest, I had to head to the Crypt of Betrayal, not the easiest for zones for a mid 20 level character. I decided to try and clean up some old quests to gain a level or two. I went to Stormhold to try and work on Extinguisher quest, now that I'm at a level where I should be able to handle it. At the time I went into the area, Archiovianix was in the hall where the skeletons I needed to kill were. That MOB is a big slug. It came close to killing me. Luckily there was another player that entered the area a few minutes later and killed the slug. I was able to finish the quest once it was gone. I headed to do the errand and since one of the entrance points to the Crypt, I decided to set a recall point in Nettleville. This will be my home for the time being since it is a good location. Going into the Crypt I was immediately attacked by an Archaic Fury and it killed me. I decided to end things for the day.

Day 02

I headed back to the Caves to finish the last quest there, then headed to Qeynos to do a turn in for the Alabaster quest. I have some items that can be turn ins for city status points so since Qeynos is the city I want to stay in I will turn those in for credit. I got a quest from the NPC in the area to go back to Antonica. I went to Isle of Mara to turn in the collection quest to the boy, then headed to Stormhold to kill some skeletons. When I tried to kill the skeletons in the area they were too strong. They will have to be dealt with later. I worked on killing the skeletons outside of Stronghold and one of them dropped the Bootstrutter's quest for the area. I decided to do this, knowing it would take me all over the area. Doing the quest I came across the island with zombies and skeletons. I stayed for a bit to kill there. I killed the named Renux the Dying and he dropped Antonica Medium's Torque and Essence of the Great Bear. One of th skeletons gave up an exquisite chest which had a Sylvan Bloom 3 (master) spell. Since one of the drops I got was the adept version of the spell I decided to use that spell for myself and put the master spell up for auction. I could get close to a platinum piece for the master spell which would help a lot in outfitting myself with better clothing or to complete some collection quests. About 10 minutes later I decided to continue the Bootstrutter's quest. When I reached the Bells of Vhalen, which I had to visit as part of the Bootstrutter's quest, I reached level 20. I finished up the exploration quest and when I was back in South Qeynos I saw I was able to talk to Selwyn Oakheart, She would offer a number of interesting quest that rewarded unique armor. I decided I would work on her quests and ended the day to work on them later.

Day 01

I started my journey in New Halas and started early off on the basic quests. I made sure to go to the area where the orcs hit the shore and camped there and killed orcs and got levels fast. Staying in that area I quickly went from level 2 to 6 and learned the orc language. I finished the quick quests in the area then moved over to Gwenevyn's Cove. I decided to have a change of pace, so I went up to New Halas once I got to the cove and from there I went to the docks and headed to Qeynos, specifically to Nettleville. I went there because it was part of the old set up and would be a nice difference to the quests offered in New Halas. Nettleville is kind to Kerra. The first quest I took there would help in understanding the Kerran heritage. Some of the other quests I picked up had me adventuring in the Peat Bog, just south of this village. I was doing OK in the Peat Bog when this uber named called Lurkblister came behind me and killed me with one hit! Incredibly frustrating to get taken out so quickly and fast. When I revived and went back to the area the guard in the area was in battle with Lurkblister and killed it with three hits. Oh the shame. I continued working on the quests I had in the area. Bunching up on quests in the area I was able to power over to level 10. When I finished in the Bog I went to the Oakmyst Forest to quest. After I got the belt quest finished I went to the Caves. My backpacks were rather full so I had to see about getting some more money to get something to hold them in. Best place I know is to do the Isle of Mara quest with the kid so I will head there when I can move some items out. I went back to the Caves to work on the gathering quest and the hunting gnolls quests. It took a few hours to harvest the items for the boy. I did the turn in then was able to get one bigger backpack. The gnoll killing turned out to be longer than I thought. I went through thoughtfully and was able to get the mastery of gnolls. I was able to kill Dustcaller Sleg, a rather vicious gnoll as well as Zen'Durath. The Qeynos guards I had been working with were very grateful. I had one more quest to finish in the Caves, but the BIG main NPC showed up and I had to high tail it out of there. I went back to Isle of Mara so I could get the boy's next quest and went to Antonica to do some small quests while I waited for the main to leave. The time was long so I finished up the gatherings for the boy in Antonica but went to the Tower of the Oracles to camp for the day.

Prologue:

There are four main classes in Everquest 2 and this character fits the final one which is priest. The character class for this is warden, a person of the forest. It only seemed fitting that the feline race, the Kerra, would be used for this. My plan was to use the starting city for the Faydark but there was errors in trying to establish myself there, so I went with Frostfang Sea as a starting point.
